No Refunds, Client Are Responsible To Know How To Navigate On The Snap Chat App, Once Order Had Be Uploaded To Snap Chat For A Specific Location , Date And Time That The Client Requests, No Refunds Will Be Issued. You Are Paying For Design And Upload.

Ordering Process
TURNAROUND |
Design turnaround times are based on order due date and design workload. After we complete your requested design, we will deliver proof via email. A max of two (2) revisions is allowed, complete redesign excluded. Production time is typically 14 business days depending upon quantity, complexity of design, and fulfillment capacity. This does not include shipping times. Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you need a speedy turnaround. Rush orders are available for a 1-week turnaround time for a fee of $20. (custom plates, cups, backdrops, and banners are not available for rush order.)
PROOFING |
Please review proof(s) sent for text and grammar errors - we cannot be held responsible for any errors once the items have been approved and digitally delivered. Color variations may vary slightly than what appears on screen due to printer and monitor configurations. Paper and printer quality can play a factor as well. Lacedbyliyah is not responsible for any color variations that deviate from the design.
SHIPPING |
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 -3 day delivery). Lacedbyliyah ships throughout the USA!
Lacedbyliyah is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages or weather delivery delays. Once package has been successfully delivered to USPS, ownership of package is transferred to the USPS to transfer to the buyer.
